A Little About Me...
I’m a clinical mental health therapist based in Austin, Texas. I believe laughter can be just as healing as insight-so expect breakthroughs and a few bad jokes. Grab a cup of coffee, put on your comfy pants, and let’s dive in.
Outside of work, I can be found trying out new restaurants with the best of friends, wandering around with my sweet, dorky dog while listening to a true crime podcast, or finding quiet time to spend with myself.
Background + Experience.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including a non-profit counseling center providing care to underserved populations, working with law students in a university setting, supporting teens and families, and providing care within a residential treatment center. Each of these roles has deepened my understanding of how to meet people where they are and support meaningful change.
